Title: Community Based Dental Education at Indiana University School of Dentistry

Description:  Community Based Dental Education is a partnership between community clinics and Indiana University School of dentistry that allows fourth year dental students to provide patient care in community based clinical settings.  Indiana University Dental School ran a pilot program of community based rotations in 2015 and is now making this experience a graduation requirement, based upon feedback from the pilot program.  The rotation experience provides real world experience to soon graduating dental students that can have a major impact on how they choose to practice dentistry.
